Designed for business owners, advertising professionals, attorneys, and others who need to know how established legal principles apply in today's fast-moving marketplace, the free workshop will offer practical insights from Dallas business leaders and recognized experts in consumer protection law and cybersecurity. Opening remarks will be delivered by FTC Commissioner Rebecca Kelly Slaughter.
This year's Green Lights & Red Flags event is sponsored by the FTC, the American Advertising Federation of Dallas, Better Business Bureau Serving North Central Texas, the Dallas Bar Association Antitrust & Trade Regulation, and the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. It continues the popular business workshop series that the FTC has held in past years with regional partners in cities across the county.
The State Bar of Texas has accredited the workshop for 4.00 Hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit, including 1.00 hour of Ethics credit.
